01系统性的学习
Systematic study
了解产品生产流程,以及具体到原材料的不同会在哪些方面显现,拼箱的学习,目的港收费情况。
Get to know the production processes of products as well as what differences the disparate raw materials make. Of course, you have got to learn how to have LCL as well as the charging standard of destinations.
02主动学习
Active learning
对公司外贸新人的划分:自燃型,便是业务员自己会学着去鼓励自己,点燃型,是业务员需要外部力量的小小帮助才会产生动力,最后一种,阻燃型,则是属于没有上进心,得过且过的。
Difference in foreign trade novices: Novices that can motivate themselves, novices that need to be motivated by others as well as novices that stop others from motivating them.
你向大神或者老业务的提问,可能得不到回复,很可能是你的问题他没有看到,因为他们真的很忙。但你有没有想过你的问题是否太过于简单,本可以通过搜索引擎便能解决,却还叨扰他人,大神们自然不会有意愿去解答。
You might not gain answers to your questions you asked to those foreign trade masters or senior foreign traders for they are likely to neglect them unwittingly due to the fact that they are too occupied. However, have you ever thought that the questions you put forward are so simple that you can even settle them down via search engines while you still choose to bother others. It’s very normal that they have no intention of answering your questions.

04学以致用
Apply what you have learnt
通过订单来学习。何解?通过同事的订单,自己的订单,或者网上比如外贸论坛碰到的订单学习到个中道理,接着通过自己对客户的分析,运用这些知识跟进客户与客户谈判。
