1 Mail received with many thanks! As soon as we read the mail, we contacted with the manufacturing factory and urged them to deliver the goods. But as they didn't reply us in time, the delivery was not fixed. We are sorry for not answering your mail last month. Now after our consistant efforts, we have come to an agreement to ship the products out on the 24th by vessel "DONGFENG", this month. We'll advise the delivery information after products are loaded on board.
2 We've applied an 1077 USD L/C from the LA Chase Bank, with your bank as the benefiary, valid till 30th, May. The L/C will be confirmed by the Shanghai Branch, Bank Of China. The payment term will be D/P. The negotiation will need the following documents: Commercial Invoice triplicate, B/L duplicate, Insurance Cert 1 copy.
