尼日利亚客户对于免费样品付运费的回复，求大神帮助

In fact, as much as we appreciate your offer of free samples against courier charges account numbers/payment on the above listed items but regret to say that we don't he an account with either DHL or any courier company and there is no way to send advance payment as request in the name of samples postage cost since all payment will be send through our State Bank here as our bank do not accept sending payment by western union but everything must pass through Central bank of NIGERIA APPROVAL.??So please kindly cooperate fully with us by send ailable samples if not possible by DHL, you may send them via post office parcel and all this charges will be added to our first booking large quantity order payment and kindly be rest assure of our maximum cooperation at all the time. We promise you of our cooperation as we would like to become your good company SOLE REPRESENTATIVE AGENT in future on an EXCLUSIVE BASIS if you don't doubt our honest of purpose in this business matter. 求大神解答我该怎么回复。拜谢
