各位达人,请问以下情况如何用英语对客户表述让客户接受呢? 今年年中报出的单价,现在客户下订单了,由于现在的汇率波动大,若按现在的汇率折算工厂会损失。 请前辈们指导如何与客户说才能让客户补回因汇率的变动所带来的差价

    谢谢各位,我和客户沟过过了,客户说因为他自己本身也是贸易商,也和他的客户在协商,因汇率导致产品的差价比较大,工厂不得不按照当时报价的汇率来折算。

    这个现在要给客户说 价格提高,那客户 肯定难以接受的!生意,最忌讳的 就是这个。你年中报价的时候,你所报的价格是应该有一个有效期的。如果现在还在那个有效期内,那我感觉你现在就不应该提价。如果超过了之前的那个有效期,你可以跟客户解释解释,希望你客户能理解!
