Last week, we have provided all the documents required by the letter of credit to our bank. However, we've found several discrepancies that need to be addressed. We kindly request that you ask your bank to accept the documents under the discrepancies:
1. Bill of Lading: The words "shipper provided" are added after "ee". This is a standard format required by the shipping company and also stated in the letter of credit.
2. Issue date: The date on the courier receipt and shipping advice predates the issue date on the Bill of Lading. The issuing date on the Bill of Lading is 0731, while the first issue date from the shipping company was 0726. Due to some spelling errors in the initial issue, the documents were returned for correction, and the revised date was used on the revised Bill of Lading. This is a standard format set by the shipping company and cannot be modified.
We he sent the documents which L/C required to our bank last week, but later we found several discrepancies which not affect to receive the goods. Please contact your bank to accept the discrepancies.
1/ B/L. Two unnecessary words "SHIPPER PROVIDED" were added before EE, which is according to shipping company format, the same as last credit.
