I. "Three Guarantees" principle 1. The "Three Guarantees" principle is primarily based on repairs. After repairing a newly released product, it should meet the technical requirements when it left the factory. If the same type of fault cannot be fixed after three repairs, it can be replaced. If the replacement still does not meet the standards, it should be reported to the manufacturer. 2. If a faulty product is caused by the manufacturer's quality problems, the manufacturer should execute the "Three Guarantees" for the user or inform the dealership to do so.
II. Scope of "Three Guarantees" 1. New Ling motorcycles are all equipped with product certificates, instructions, and "Three Guarantees" manuals, with the manufacturer's professional number printed on the frame and engine respectively. 2. The "Three Guarantees" right is valid for three months or 3000 kilometers of driving after receiving the vehicle, whichever comes first. If both indicators exceed one item, it will exceed the "Three Guarantees" scope. 3. Faults caused by early abnormal wear, deformation, breakage, or other defects of components due to poor design and assembly quality are covered. 4. Faults caused by defects in parts due to forging, casting, welding, electroplating, or other processes are covered. 5. Faults caused by serious oil or gas leakage due to poor sealing or poor assembly are covered. 6. III. Not included in the "Three Guarantees" scope 1. The manufacturer is not responsible for "Three Guarantees" for any parts damaged or loss of analytical basis caused by the user's own dismantling or overload use, or for users not following the rules of use and maintenance of the vehicle. 2. If the dealership fails to maintain, transport, store, or manage the vehicle properly after the rust prevention period, causing loss, damage, rust, deformation, etc., the dealership is responsible for compensation, including various accessories, tools, on-board technical documents, etc. 3. The products used for normal maintenance and replacement of vulnerable and consumable parts are not covered by the "Three Guarantees" period of use.
