各位好。我是来自宁波一家公司的外贸新手,公司是地球仪的。有个问题想向大家请教,希望各位给出意见和建议。前天我接到一个来自俄国的电话,因为电话里听不太懂就留了email,挂掉电话后大概10分钟以内她就给我发了以下邮件:

2) How many time you need for fabrication?

我有点激动也紧张,因为这是上班第一天对公司产品报价之类还没那么熟悉我就请教陈姐该怎么回,她告诉我可以的俄语产品的种类,产品完成需要的时间,但是MOQ是每款产品都不一样的,让我把公司网址发给她。根据内容我就发了以下邮件:

发完邮件后我等着回复,但是一天都没有回复,我就把发过的邮件看了又看,看是不是有些内容没表达好,最后发现自己发邮件时,信的头都没有称呼的。。。。。。我晕。。。我问经理MOQ的事,经理说最小订单量只要数额达到3000美元即可。于是我又回复了一封:
Dear K******:
I just asked the manager, he advised that as long as the volume of trade of the ordering products reachs USD$3000, we will deal with the order.

但是,很明显我这次又忘记落款了。。。。。。各种忐忑。。。。。我想知道我的这些低级犯错误会不会吓跑客户?这个客户还有没有救?那我该怎么救呢????求各位前辈不吝赐教~~~[收起]
