外蒙古客户可以付到私人普通建行卡上吗

最近遭遇一个蒙古国客户,坚持说可以付给我们。说是跟之前的商都是这么操作的。 但是我电话了建行跟农行的客服,建行表示无论是公司还是个人账户,均不可以接境外汇款(港澳台除外)。农行的工作人员表示,如果客户那边的银行可以汇出,农行是可以接的,就跟普通的异地转账一样。 我在外贸邦上也看到09年就有个同行说是成功的用普通农行卡接了蒙古国的汇款。但是建行可不可以啊,因为我们给客户的是建行的个人账户。 我想管客户要一下他们之前跟中国公司的合同,让他除重要信息,我只看他们的到底是什么贸易,用的什么账户汇的。但又觉得这样客户不一定会答应,有些冒失。 对了,这比交易的背景是:客户自己报关以及安排出口,运输,我们报不含税价格,并把货物运送到内蒙的一个城市就可以。这也是我们给客户私人账户的原因。 诸位有什么意见跟建议吗?[收起]

如果工厂有进出口权的话,也是可以有资格自己退税的,不过这只是一个基本的条件而已,想要成功退税,这个工厂需要有这方面专业的会计团队,要十分熟悉熟悉退税流程才可以的。如果不熟悉流程单的话,前前后后弄下来需要半年时间,中间会出现很多纰漏,会损害到你的利益的,所以不建议工厂自己退税的。你想到埃塞俄比亚的话,你可以等船到达吉布提目的港后自己在码头定舱,然后找到托运公司,直接让他们运到埃塞俄比亚目的地就可以了呀。[收起]

6年说长不长说短不短的,
这种情况很难讲,可以找国外的律师行帮忙调查下他们到底是什么状况了,好准备工作,就算他们破产了也要第一时间想法维护尽力自己的利益。
但是我们以前就有被合作十几年的客人坑了一笔,他们也是经营了很多年的大公司,也是资金出现问题还瞒着我们这些商,跟公司月结的欠了一笔钱,还搞了票货没给,反正也坑了十几万美金吧,后面瞬间宣告破产 (他们是蓄意准备破产捞上一笔),留下我们老板风中凌乱。[收起]

IMO是国际海事组织的缩写,当然是国际海事组织颁发的了。它就相当于人的ID,每一条船都有自己的IMO number,证明自己的身份。百度搜出来的就是这个,个人猜测应该就是你们货物运输的船只的IMO号码吧,问下货代应该可以吧
