亚马逊平台上的卖家们拥有的机会毫无疑问是巨大的,但就像我们老话常说的那样,福兮祸之所倚。近段时间来频繁出现的跟卖陷阱,就是与亚马逊规则同时存在的“祸”。卖家们经过不懈的努力,从简单的工厂进货,线上售卖,到建立了自己的私有品牌开始贩卖自己的贴标产品,正准备撸起袖子大干一场的时候,却发现有别的卖家悄悄跟卖抢走了自己的业务。瞬时感觉自己受了天大的委屈,随即而来的则是对跟卖者的无尽怒火。但所谓邪不胜正,遵守规则的本分卖家总是能够有办法来应对这样的情况。
在介绍具体措施之前,我们先来了解下,跟卖和跟卖者都是什么概念。跟卖指的是卖家在没有listing的情况下,在他人创建的listing下销售自己的产品的行为。跟卖者就是指除这条listing的创建者以外的所有卖家。通常来说,跟卖都是发生在没有品牌备案的产品listing上的,跟卖者的动机,则是期望通过低价获得listing创建者的购物车,以此提高自己产品的销量。跟卖者除了会是普通卖家,还有可能是设定好的机器人程序,一个全新的账号,没有销售历史,没有客户评价,设置了跟卖之后就开始成为卖家肉里的那根小刺。那么卖家要怎样拔掉这根刺呢。
卖家们最先想到的,可能是发一封勒停通知函给跟卖的卖家。这个名字看起来很高大上的东西,其实就是通过亚马逊平台向跟卖卖家发一封邮件让他们不要跟卖。这样的邮件最好能写的官腔比较浓,让跟卖卖家感到紧张,提高成功率。这里给大家看一个模板:
Dear “ 【跟卖卖家】B”,
It has come to our attention that “ B ” is using the " 【被跟卖卖家】A " trademark without license or prior written authorization from " A ".
"A " holds federal trademark registrations in the United States. So“ B ” listings violate " A " trademark and intellectual property rights. You are also in breach of Amazon’s Participation Agreement.
Therefore, we demand that you immediately remove all listings on
“ B ”currently has at least one listing
