很简单的一篇营销信函,在这一信函中该用户提到了两点,首先是“Our company specializes in various types of cylinder and gas pipe joints, which are very favorable in terms of price. At present”其次提到了“I'm sorry to disturb you in your busy schedule.”这篇信函的撰写还是无可挑剔的,为什么说无可挑剔呢?既介绍明白了自己企业所销售的产品,又非常有礼貌,毕竟在对方并不了解你的时候,给对方发送邮件是一件不礼貌的事情,及时道歉能够让对方企业工作人员对你的态度至少不会太差,这样后期阶段能够达成业务往来关系的可能性才会更大一些。

外贸企业工作人员找客户的主要方式在如上这种模式之中,所需要关注的问题在于一定要做好客户群体的筛选,当筛选出这一类型的有实际需求的客户群体之后,可以采用群发模式发送信函,所撰写的信函内容不需要每一封都有独特个性内容表达,这样才能够节省大量时间,首先进行群发,当有用户群体回复时,这一类型的用户是要针对性对待的,根据其代理企业特点在当地的市场占据情况如何,以及其所需产品的价格优惠费用额额等等针对性的给予回复,这样才能够助力外贸企业产品销售额度提升。
