6. The liquid cylinder is driven by bevel gear transmission. A reducer and a motor are required for up to 10 stations. The motor drives at the center of 10 stations, and the speed of the galvanized liquid cylinder can be adjusted.
7. The galvanized cooling system adopts one chiller unit to cool the liquid in the slot. The slot is circulated by a water pump between the configuration slot and three galvanizing tanks, and each galvanizing tank is independently equipped with a filter.
8. Two zinc melting pots can be placed in the zinc melting tank. The zinc melting tank liquid can be circulated by the filter.
9. Both the configuration slot and the zinc melting tank are equipped with manual slot covers and exhaust fans.
10. After the liquid cylinder is discharged, it is directly conveyed to the centrifugal dryer. A cantilevered burner is set on the top of the centrifugal dryer for hot air drying.
