thanks for the update on the samples. i he asked one of my colleagues xxxx??to contact you to arrange the collection, xxxx deals with all our imports he will contact you immediately. i he had a change of schedule for my visit in october due to one of my appointments cancelling, would it be possible please to change our appointment to thursday 17th october as it will give me more time with you and se me hing to rush through our time with your company. we could meet earlier at our hotel around 9.30am and stay until around 4.00pm when we would he to catch a train from ningbo back to shanghai. please confirm that this is ok for xxxxxx. 本人10月17号要参加广交会。一个重量级英国客户要拜访我们，我打算要另外一个女同事接待。以上是他们的邮件。 我的理解是他们要求在宾馆会。从早上9点半到下午4点。我的理解对吗？？？ 为了女同事考虑，我可以问一下他们要不要来工厂参观或者直接要求到工厂谈判？？？
