客人少付运费的问题

有一个以色列的客人,叫GOLYAN,之前在广交会很豪爽的给我下了一个小柜的单子。期间确认各种细节就有点小不愉快了。货生产到一半的时候说要样品,还要我们付运费。我跟他说样品免费可以,运费不行。后来她又说运费一人一半,我坚决不同意。 后来我写了一封邮件给他,内容如下: Dear , As you know,our samples are free,so you need to pay the shipping fee.we cannot split the cost with you .hope you can understand . And we need 10days to prepare the samples,pls kindly note it ! If you can accept that ,i will arrage the sample today! Waiting for you reply! 他回复给我: If you need 10 days for prepare the samples so when??you think to load our order?????? Its too late!!!! 她要二十款的样品,感觉我们样品都不需要时间准备的,后来跟他解释了下,因为也是看第一次合作,我很积极的帮他催样品。我跟给他写邮件: Dear, Please noted the following information : 1、? ?? ?? ? When you place an order,we send the photos to you for confirmation , and you said yes ,so we began to product 2、? ?? ?? ? The booking date is about on 15th July as I told, and the shipping date is on the end of this month. 3、? ?? ?? ? For the sample ,because there are twenty items need to finish so need more time ,I he already confirmed with our colleague ,and he said he need 10days to finish , I will push him to finish sooner and send out as soon as possible ,but dear, please kindly noted that??you need to pay the freight fee . 4、? ?? ?? ? Please kindly confirm the above information ,and then I can arrange the samples within today as you know ,the time is very tight . It is our first business ,we don’t know each other better ,so there are many things need us to communicate with each other often ,so I bring so much troubles for you ,I am so sorry ,and I am so grateful for your kindly help and understanding ,thank you very much . I looking forward to hearing from you soon ,??thank??you so much 但是我坚持要样品运费他们要全出。后来她就会我邮件。如下: Please please??try your best to send me the sample and You could even pay all the cost of shipping and reduce our part of total final bill. No problem. I need this items for my big fair and my best seller time, please.
