有一个以色列的客人,叫GOLYAN,之前在广交会很豪爽的给我下了一个小柜的单子。期间确认各种细节就有点小不愉快了。货生产到一半的时候说要样品,还要我们付运费。我跟他说样品免费可以,运费不行。后来她又说运费一人一半,我坚决不同意。
后来我写了一封邮件给他,内容如下:
Dear ,
As you know,our samples are free,so you need to pay the shipping fee.we cannot split the cost with you .hope you can understand .
And we need 10days to prepare the samples,pls kindly note it !
If you can accept that ,i will arrage the sample today!

但是我坚持要样品运费他们要全出。后来她就会我邮件。如下:
Please please??try your best to send me the sample and You could even pay all the cost of shipping and reduce our part of total final bill. No problem. I need this items for my big fair and my best seller time, please. I also do not want to get stuck with these products, and succeed at and make another new order.
就是因为这封邮件,让我以为他要全额付运费,就给他预付运费,现在她余款打过来,运费只付了一半,还有三百多美金。如果她不给付的话,我估计要自己扛了。
请问这要怎么呢!

货到港了,我还没有给他们电放,她们也不急,听我这边的货代说她那边的货代已经把货提到货代的仓库了。
