阿联酋客户拒付UPS运费，UPS向我索取

我有一位客户，当他第一次询盘的时候，我看到他的地址都显示英国，第一次成单发货也是发到英国。 之后都是发到阿联酋。他每次都是要我用UPS发到付。 因为他的UPS账号是在英国的，所以发到阿联酋还比较复杂，填单要填third party第三方支付。 第一次发货我填错了，还是勾选receiver支付。这是货量最大的一笔。 本来客户还和我要修改条件，他好提货。后来不知道他通过UPS怎么弄，把货提走了。 6个月过后，UPS找我来要这笔运费，一共七千多。 这个时候客户已经很久没下单了，我再他时，他要么不理会，要么就糊弄。 到最后，我实在被折磨得不行就半威胁的说他不付就怎么怎么，他才问我要多少钱，当我告诉他七千多时，他立马翻脸，还说什么叫人来抓我。 我知道这笔款是要不回了。中国的UPS一点都不维护自己客户的权益，也只知道一个劲的给我施加压力。 我只是觉得，不管他们的规定是怎样的，我的货物你发给他了，却还向我要钱，这是什么道理？ 再过了三个月，客户早已经拉入我的黑民单，UPS却发来了律师函，说如果不付这笔款，就会怎么怎么通过法律手段。。。。 这次经验很让人伤心，伤透心。被客户骗，被UPS压。 以下是这位客户的信息： Faisal Mamoun faisal.mamoun@=sl?oxrw?_okg Intecware Limited Alexander House 19 Fleming Way Swindon SN1 2NG United Kingdom DDI:+44 (0) 179 329 4044 Fax +44 (0) 179 338??8700 M: +44? ?(0) 777 542 9623 UPS account: E7V132 Liar, fraud Faisal Mamoun ( faisal.mamoun@=sl?oxrw?_okg) from Intecware Limited Never do business with this man!!!! You won't know it at the time, because UPS only come to you in a few months. So when he is gone, you are in debt with UPS. Never trust this man!!!!!!!!!
