Taxes. Except as otherwise provided herein, and unless prohibited by statute, Vendor shall pay any Federal, State or local use tax, transportation excise tax, or other tax which may be imposed in connection with the performance of the Order. If any manufacturer’s excise tax, or any part thereof, is refunded to Vendor, then Vendor shall immediately pay Buyer the amount of such refund.
