有没有广东东莞INVOICE,C/O认证的同仁

在本月我司有一票货出往科威特，客人有如下要求，想请教下，谢谢先。 ：46： document required: 1) signed commercial invoices in quadruplicate, original to be authenticated by chamber of commerce, 商业一式四份要签署，正本那份需商会认证。 此要包含内容(a)(b)(c)(d)(e). 其中（a)中有提到一点： harmonic system code for each item(这个hs code是用我们的还是用目的国那边的海关编码呢） 另(e)中需证明（i)(ii)(iii),应该是在下方打上如下话即可： "we hereby certify that (i) each price and /or packing unit and /or case has a non-detachable and non-alterable mark? ???indicating the country of origin? ? (ii)??the shipping mark( if any)has been marked on the goods/packages。（iii) one copy of each document as called for under field 46(a) and field 47(a),47(b) if any, has been sent to applicant by fax and /or email within 10 days from the date of shipment" 2） certificate of origin in duplicate issued and signed or authenticated by the chamber of commerce? ? of the exporting country（原产地证书一式2份，由出口国的商会发行且签署或认证。
