追债,万般无奈,求助高手,感激不尽 澳大利亚客户,从今年四月初始下单,到6月份为止下了八单货,始时发货前付清余款,其中有5单是走空运的,前面前面几单都是发货前付清余款,后来我们到见提单COPY付款,前面7单都付款相当的迅速。最后第八单到港后15天还没提货,一直讨余款,然后就跟她自己的一个客户出了点问题,let her down,但是她说不会let me down,只是资金出了点问题,让我们先放货。如果我们不放货,一天就会产生200美金左右的费用,那个时候我们放或者不放都已经很被动了,经客人的请求,说先放货,稍后一周会付款。我们先放掉了货,后来一周客人又付给我们两千美金了,但是跟我说已经产生了5千美金的清关费用。后来又过了一周,我就接着催款,连续催三天以后,客人回复我了说不要以为她是在回避我,说她是在跟她的终端客户会,商谈新的投标的问题,其中终端客户也谈到超市投诉问题,我们是化工品,说我们的使用时间太短。我就跟客人分析了下情况,说不恰当的使用方法会导致不同的使用效果。结果她就搞来说我们质量有问题,要我们负责,结果我再解释,不回复我,再继续解释又不回复我,一下是邮件往来供你们参考: Hi Brian, Thank you for your email. We have tested your samples and our original samples which are from your factory and were correct and have the correct readings,Magic Chef is a world recognised brand and her products are held up to the highest standard.

Unfortunately your product fails to meet this standard and fails in the Australian market.

    你第8单的货值和前面7单相比,是差不多还是突然加大?如果是差不多的话,我觉得客户的确有可能和她的客户之间对货物质量产生分歧了。

    我觉得你的解释的邮件里面没有起到正面的作用,我建议再次就客人提出的问题进行解释,要特别注意措辞,避免使用defects这样的词。能否把这种情况定义成characteristic等等。另外,不要提每个工厂的都不一样等等,给人感觉货物质量毫无保证,标准随便变化一样。同时,能否找到一些相关标准,特别是欧盟,美国的标准,并检测证书之类的。帮助客户去说服他的客户。
