澳大利亚客户,从今年四月初始下单,到6月份为止下了八单货,始时发货前付清余款,其中有5单是走空运的,前面前面几单都是发货前付清余款,后来我们到见提单COPY付款,前面7单都付款相当的迅速。最后第八单到港后15天还没提货,一直讨余款,然后就跟她自己的一个客户出了点问题,let her down,但是她说不会let me down,只是资金出了点问题,让我们先放货。如果我们不放货,一天就会产生200美金左右的费用,那个时候我们放或者不放都已经很被动了,经客人的请求,说先放货,稍后一周会付款。我们先放掉了货,后来一周客人又付给我们两千美金了,但是跟我说已经产生了5千美金的清关费用。后来又过了一周,我就接着催款,连续催三天以后,客人回复我了说不要以为她是在回避我,说她是在跟她的终端客户会,商谈新的投标的问题,其中终端客户也谈到超市投诉问题,我们是化工品,说我们的使用时间太短。我就跟客人分析了下情况,说不恰当的使用方法会导致不同的使用效果。结果她就搞来说我们质量有问题,要我们负责,结果我再解释,不回复我,再继续解释又不回复我,一下是邮件往来供你们参考:

Now that you he confirmed that there is a defect in the product you he produced and supplied for Magic Chef Australia, we are obligated to let our customer know.??Once we advise our customers of the defect??we will be required to undertake a recall of the product from all stores throughout Australia (approximately 980 stores) and replace with correct stock.??Please also keep in mind we are holding 8000 cartons of the defect stock in our warehouse.
We need to resolve this problem urgently if we are to continue with supply my largest customer.
Brian can you please discuss with your boss as to how we are going to rectify this situation.

We are so sorry to hear the complain and the sales he decreased.We had tested your original sample and also found the defect,the previous product has residues which our products did not he and our blue color could come out??more evenly.What we want to say is that each factory may has its own advantages,our formula is nearly the same with your original product,but no factory can make exactly the same.Please find the MSDS including our percentage of the ingredients in the attachment.
We he been making toilet blue for more than 10 years and he many big customers all over the world ,such as USA Dollar General,UK Poundland,Japan Daiso,Germany KIK and etc.We are the most professional manufacture in toilet blue area in the east of China.We also received few complains from our other customers,most of reasons were the wrong usage(the tablet should be placed away from the water outlet) or the water temperature(if the water temperature is 15C,our tablet can last 30days, if the temperature is 20C,our tablet can last 20 days),after the explain,our business can go on smoothly and no more complains.I hope this reason works for you,on the other hand,you could also test our product yourself from our mass production in your stock,you could place one of our blue tablet exactly according to the instructions(place the tablet on the floater side,away from the water outlet side).
Our daily capacity??is 100,000pcs per day,if our product can only last a few days,the complains will like snow flake.We need to do a cutting samples test before we make every batch production,so we he confidence in our delivered products,if you think our lasting time is not long enough,we could also do some adjustments for you.
