也是因为时效要求，客人坚持国内dhl,最后被墨西哥海关扣住了，因为上面有一个车标的logo，要求出示授权书。 我的疑问是 1，样品，写了无商业价值 2，货人是私人的名字，不是公司。私人海外网购一个东西，不可能要授权书吧？ 3，客人清不了关会不会直接退回？还是会发货方征求意见？[收起]
