如题，客户想产品用自己品牌，但是工厂可以通过google搜索品牌名称从而搜到客户网站，获得方式。这情况该如何避免呢？？如果贴牌自己，成本要也高，工作量也太大，自己可能不了。请大家指教,谢谢！[收起]

上周给一个客户免费寄了样品（用的联邦快递），只和客户了60美金到秘鲁的运费，但是过了几天客户给我发邮件说他们那边联邦给他发邮件，他还需在交45美金的费用，并且客户把那封邮件给我发了过来，让我这边再确认一下，（而且邮件的内容也是请的感叹号）然后强调钱已经付给我了客户为自己多掏的钱很生气。我看了以后告诉客户这部分钱是清关费用，他应该付的。 过了一天 查了运单号后 海关放行了 前天客户到了样品，但是没有给我任何消息。。skype上线也不理我 现在的我应该怎么呢 ？还有这方面的费用怎么才能避免呢？是不是样品都要清关费的呢？[收起]
