之前有家工厂给我的是100,250,500,1000的量,区间价.
客户最后一封邮件问的1k的单价. 一共八款产品.
我理解成了客户会每款都要1k数量,客户po来了却是6款是250pcs,其他的2款1k pcs.
再去问工厂,工厂不乐意.沟通很多次也不接受.
如今,我给客户邮件说希望把量都提到1k.
客户回复如下:

现想请教各位给个法,让客户提高量.而不会过分冒犯对方.前提:不降价.
