1.前言
前言就是对如何使用本手册进行简要说明。
本“使用手册”中包含关于产品系列的信息，列明了安全安装、使用、维护和重复检查和试验产品的要求。也包含了产品的布置要求。
本施工升降机符合GB/T10054--2005标准。
任何从事安装、使用、维护或测试的工作人员都应认真阅读此“使用手册”，并确认完整充分了解本手册相关知识，以避免在工作过程中伤害到自身、同事或者其他人，或者在工作过程中造成设备损害。为避免伤人或设备损害事故，绝对有必要了解特别是有关安全生产方面的规定。
2.术语解释
这部分主要对下文出现的术语进行简要解释，让客户明白产品的内部构造如何运作。
Out of service
Unloaded cage is on the base level and the electric power supply and the main switch are all off.
Emergency actions
Measures for rescuing persons from the hoist cage with the help of a competent operator.
Emergency stop
A stop device of the hoist, which stops the hoist and makes its next travel impossibly.
Safety distance
A minimum acceptable distance between any moving part of a hoist and any point of access for persons.
Hoist way
The space, which is travelled by the cage.
Rated load
Maximum permissible mass of transported persons and loads.
Foundation
Horizontal structure made of concrete, which the base frame of the hoist is fixed on.
Hoist unit
A set contains base enclosure 、 cage and safety device. It also contains electrical equipments (except for control from other landings) and a drive unit.
Base frame
The lowest frame (in the base of enclosure). Vertical forces and hoist bending moment are transferred through the base frame on the foundation.
Mast
A structure that supports and guides the cage, whichconsists of mast sections.
Mast tie
A connection system between the mast and a building structure, providing lateral support for the mast.
Cage Ⅱ
Additional cage of the hoist.
Drive unit
Consists of two drives.
Landings
A level structure of the building intends for loading and unloading the cage.
Landing equipment
(supplied with a hoist) - A set consists of vertical pipes, landing beams, pipe supports, landing bars, landing gates and other parts.
Landing bar
Manually operated bar from inside. It enables to enter a cage from the landing.
Landing gate
Double twist door. It enables to enter a cage from the landing. It is possible to open the gate on condition that the cage stands behind the gate.
