今年也不例外,上周亚马逊突然对于大量商品下架,理由是:
为了提供买家最佳购物体验,亚马逊针对某些会员日商品进行了上架限制,在此期间除非卖家获得销售授权,否则不得销售。
受此影响,大量卖家的Listing被莫名下架。
许多卖家在看到下架后联系中国团队,但是给予的回复是目前申诉渠道暂不开放,因此荟网专门联系了亚马逊西雅图总部相关人员了解情况,得到的消息是此次事件与今年年中的农药事件类似,属于系统错误抓取引起的。相信在这周许多Listing将被回复,同时申诉窗口将被打开。

1 申诉要领:表明目的
第一段就需要告诉亚马逊你申诉的原因是由于系统误杀了你的Listing,英文表述如下:

2 给出下架的产品和时间点
这里需要给出具体的产品ASIN和时间点,英文表述为:

这里提供的证据主要在于三个方面,产品上架的时间,获得评价的数量和星级,卖家后台订单缺陷率,英文表述为:

(说明,上架时间:很关键,最好是在3个月之前上架,因为最近1个月左右上架的商品很有可能会无法在节日季销售)

(说明,订单缺陷率是账户的订单缺陷率,如果是FBA发货,同时标记为绿色可以写在这里,但是如果是自发货,或者新账号没有发货,估计这次将无法在节日季销售)
以上3项内容,需要按照ASIN逐条写出来。
4 给出行动计划
无论是否是自己的问题,大家都需要给出具体行动计划,也就是POA,说明如何保证不会出现问题。而在此,亚马逊最关注的就是有人在节日季乘机虚假销售,收款不发货,损害买家权益。英文表述为:
