    翻译之前，我个人觉得，中文似乎有点小小矛盾，前面问"为什么现在才说尺寸有问题"，后面说"该尺寸会有误差，但不会影响使用".  模具尺寸OK并不代表产品尺寸在生产过程中一定会OK的，因为很多因素可以导致生产尺寸有偏差。 楼主目的是想尽力说服客户继续使用产品吧？

    个人建议是将"为什么现在才说尺寸有问题"这句话去掉比较好，结合客户反馈的问题，摆理由说服客户接产品。
