Through the PPRR of 2013, some products received complaints that I believe were due to stricter demands from customers, such as products 1 and 2. Currently, some of our merchants are relatively small and have very limited technology.
For some of the complaints, can we not reject all inventory and instead offer it to other customers?
If we reject the entire inventory and arrange for compensation, some of the amounts may be quite large, making it difficult for the merchants to agree. This could affect our future cooperation with them.
Through the program of PPRR,I think that the clients were made compliants,were really too stringent with some of the
products.Taking 1&2 for example,please kindly understand the fact that some of our suppliers are small sized companies with limited technical capabilities.
We are wondering for some of the compliants,whether it's possible for the clients not to reject the whole stock since we
could re-direct the sales to other customers.
In case they would reject the whole stock and demand
