【摘要】:随着全球经济合作和交流的增多与扩大,世界各地的人们之间以信函为媒介的商务交往也越来越多。优秀的商务信函在我们发展同客户的关系,以及达成新的业务方面起着积极的促进作用。在快节奏的现代商务活动中,写作商务信函最直接的目的就是进行有效的沟通和交流。我们写作商务信函的重点应始终放在“效率”二字上。严格遵守和灵活运用“7c”原则,要在不影响意思表达完整、准确、具体、礼貌的基础上,尽最大可能地到门见山、直入主体;语言精练、言简意赅。写出一封通俗易懂、简洁、务实、高效的商务信函。

【abstract】 with the increase and enlargement of the global economic cooperation, the commercial contact as a media is getting more and more frequently used among people from all parts of the world. outstanding business letters are playing a positive role in developing a good relationship with customer and prompting new business. in the rush of modern business, the direct purpose of business letter writing is effective communication. when writing a business letter, we should not only persistently focus on “efficiency”, but also follow strictly and flexibly the “7cs”principles. only if coming straight to the point, making the language concise and on the basis of complete, correct, concrete and courtesy expression, can we write out an easy-to understand, concise, pragmatic and efficient business letter.
