新客户第二次下单,订单量减少,是否应该立刻询问客户?这个肯定是不能去问客户的呀,首先你要明白这个你就是相当于质疑客户那边为什么不下单给你,但是其实你应该从自身角度去进行思考以及客户的立场去进行思考。影响客户下单数量的无外乎有几点:价格、质量、服务,那么你要怎么赢取客户的订单,单凭跟你们询价合作过一次吗?还有就是从好的地方去进行思考就是客户下第二次单那么就表示对于你们的一种认可,不然客户那边是不可能下第二次订单的。[收起]
