外贸企业利润有超过5%的吗----调查

2013年马上就要过去了,也要给自己的外贸个总结,细数下订单和客户数增加了一倍,可薪水与去年相差无几,什么原因那,我想利润率起了很重要作用, 作为宁波一家服装辅料的外贸企业,我们的利润只控制在5%左右,中东和东南亚的只有3%,非洲南美的原来都10%以上,随着竞争者越来越多,利润越来越少,现在整柜也都5%左右了,,连东欧俄罗斯也在砍价,在国内设事处了,有时候只能跟柯桥,义乌或者广州的老外刻薄生意。。。被升值到6以下是近期的事儿,海运费也要8个点的税点,操作费多的惊人,不是整柜让你惊叹! 另外检测费,认证费,付款上面也是一再退步,dp,10%, 5%,放账? 货的时候时常被通知个吧小问题,出了货还要小投诉,新客户反复寄样,费用不提,老客户返单反复看下,你敢提价我一定下给别人!..展会休闲的一塌糊涂,ali一个询盘都发20个以上商,,旺旺来问的都是阿三之类要么迪拜货色,,老外都深入腹地到吴江,河北??山东等山沟里的工厂找..难道外贸真的不行了吗,不能赚钱了吗,还是行业不行,或者是产品没创新或者是品牌不够硬?请大家来参与讨论下你们报价的时候是除以几,6.8?6.5?6.2? 5? 或者敢问一句,有不以退税作为利润的公司的吗(国家不退税也能盈利),有不偷税漏税也能盈利的小工厂吗?有时候真想问一句,那些大公司,垄断行业利润真的有50%以上吗?? ?期待回复[收起]

我这边有笔订单 假设 a:方(purchaser) b:方(seller)c:我不明白的地方 这票货是美国那边采购的,既公司a 方也是美国的,公司b 还有个公司c也是美国的,不知道是干嘛的 我的疑问订单内容是这样的: to:? ?b? ? (致) bill to : a??(回执) ship to :c??(运到) fob term:??exw ex-works 以上就是我的问题的简化内容,我的理解是1:首先fob和exw都是贸易条款,这里 fob term是否应该改为delivery term才妥当? 2:既然是ex-work的贸易术语,c公司是干嘛的哪,订单里为什么有c这个公司,它的位置是什么。我觉得a直接到b工厂拿货就完事了。还要发货到c公司。 不知道大家理解我的内容吗,第一次发帖有点紧张。[收起]

外贸付款方式中DP和,CAD都是外贸上的一种付款方式,是以单据为依据的一种形式。DP简单一点来说就是通过卖方给指定的银行开具单据,在买方付款之后,才可以拿到单据,然后买方拿着相关的单据去提货的一种操作。这种方式相当于信用证。相对来说比CAD有保障。分为即期交单和远期交单两种形式。两者就是时间上的不同,即期是交款马上可以拿到单证,远期就是这样等到预订期满才能拿单提货。CAD是不通过银行,直接就是买房和卖方直接交易,所以是没有什么保证的,买方把钱打给了卖方,及时拿到了单据,但是也是不能保证可以拿到货呀。[收起]

哎呀,你稳定问题却有点多呀,我来给你一一解答把。关于工厂自己退税的问题,一般工厂都是参与退税的,要么是你这边帮忙退税,要么找一家专业的会计公司帮忙退税的,因为一般工厂没有这方面的专业团队和人才的呀,也没有相关的经验,这样退税是要花费很多的时间的。具体你这家工厂我不清楚是什么情况,你可以先了解了解。还有自己订舱的事情,这个也没有太好的办法了,你到达吉布提目的港,之后还想再到埃塞俄比亚,你也可以继续订舱,这个比较麻烦的,你也可以直接走陆路的呀。这个就相对方便多了,费用也差不多的。[收起]

TT30% 见提单70%这个很正常的,我新加坡客人也这样过!船期也是1星期,
不过前提条件是船代用自己公司的,这样可以防止客人在没提单情况下拿货,货代是你自己的船公司就只能对你,客人在么厉害也没法。要是你还是不放心,直接找“马士基”,这公司牛。。。。你没提单就是出飞机大炮也别想提货。[收起]
