银行结汇的问题

亲们,帮帮忙。 8月份到一笔外汇,(合同号a) 当时就到银行结汇了。可是后来没有报关出口。 11月客户翻单了,(合同号b) .就将8月份的金额和11月份的金额合在一起报关出口了。 等于是报关金额和汇金额一致了。(可以给外管局有个交代了) 现在要去银行把合同b的外汇结汇了。 请问要提交的合同金额应该是合同b的实际金额还是报关的合同金额(a+b)? 我的理解是这样的 这次结汇用11月份的合同号和号,合同金额用实际的金额。 电子口岸提交资料时,合同金额也是按照实际的金额,不用报关金额。 这样的话,外管局显示的我公司报关金额和实际汇金额是匹配的。 不知对否。[收起]

辞职后第二天被淋雨,另外也不知道是不是突然闲下来的原因,发了一个礼拜的高烧,中间降了又烧,等快好的时候,皮肤又一个个小黑点,一个朋友说你这个是登革热啊,不过出现这种症状是已经快好了的。想想都后怕,登革热有的很危险的,每年都有老外在这边得这个治疗不及时挂掉的。
   后面自己去泰国旅游了一趟,回来后始考虑未来怎么走,投了几家公司的简历,第一家去跟他们老板面试后第二天就通知我下个月上班(好像一直一来我面试都是第一家就成功了,而且每次第二家就不去面试了),待遇还可以,不过那公司除了外贸,我还要负责他们内帐核算(我过几年这个工作),还有公司的日常管理,甚至薪水还给我提成的高了一两百美金。
   我原来的想法是边上班,边自己一些以前自己的单子(这公司跟以前的公司不同行业),但是如果按这家公司的工作内容来看,我根本就不可能有空闲时间,思考了几天之后,我婉拒了这句公司,决定自己SOHO。[收起]
