客户是南非的,前期谈的还行,60USD,但是客户12.8 通过银行打了款,也给了水单,但是到今天还没收到。这种情况肯定是不正常的,按照正常来说最多就是一周就能到的,如果一直迟迟不到的话那么一般是有两个问题,第一个问题就是付款信息出了问题,这个付款信息的话你可以通过水单这边来进行检查,如果有问题的话就需要让客户那边及时更改过来。第二个问题就是客户付款的中间行有问题,所以那边一直没有付过来给到你们,这个也是需要客户去跟付款行确认然后催促的。[收起]

这个确实是属于一个不符点,银行那边是有可能审核觉得这个是个不符点不给予付款的,但是这个事情也不是没有解决的办法,也是可以通过一些人为的操作来进行更改的,这个行为叫倒签提单。所谓的倒签提单就是可以把开船的时间改成你最迟的交货期限,那么你这个就可以通过这个不符点了。但是有一个很大问题是,并不是每个船公司都可以这么操作,由于以前操作了很多,后面到了目的地之后其实那边是会发现的,就有很多这个船公司被投诉过了,所以现在很多船公司都不愿意这么操作了。[收起]

阿里近年来确实是每况越下了,有其自身的原因当然还有外部的原因存在的。阿里自身的原因就是阿里不重视在谷歌上的广告投入了,但是像一些做的好的平台如亚马逊啊,他们都是每年要投入大量的钱在谷歌在做广告营销的,别人在做,你不做,当然流量都跑到别人那里去啦。谷歌近年来排名算法的持续更新,导致了阿里的自然排名下降了。那想要做的好的话,就要改变做法,你可以减少阿里的其他投入,预留一部分预算给独立站并进行谷歌优化排名。[收起]

透过现象看本质,其实就是美金跌了1.7%,楼主少赚了1.7%,给客户涨这个数;
至于楼主算出的3.8%,是加了退税损失,实际上退税自始至终都是rmb的形式,没有转成美金再换回,所以这个损失实际上不存在。[收起]
