如何善用Linkedin?

第一,你需要有一个完整的LinkedIn帐号资料。 这里建议大家用最常用的邮箱来做LinkedIn的帐号。经常登录邮箱,能够及时收到LinkedIn发送的相关信息。 申请完帐号以后你就要填写上面要求你填写的内容。注意,请务必把整份资料填完。资料的完整程度会在profile页面的右边显示出来。如果你的资料完整程度在100%的话,你的profile就会自动在LinkedIn的搜索引擎中往前排。结果就是,当别人在使用LinkedIn搜索相关人才的时候,你的资料会更容易被看见。 LinkedIn的最重要的部分就是您的个人资料。你可以考虑把LinkedIn个人资料当成你的英文版的简历,上面有你的学历,你的经验,和你的技能以及你所有的工作经历。 第二, 要善于使用Ask for recommendation. 要100%地完成LinkedIn的设置你是需要拿到3份以上的推荐的(recommendations)。推荐信可以跟你在LinkedIn上的任何connection拿。比如说你的上司,同事,以前的同班同学。尽可能地拿到最多的推荐信。如果你有很多的工作经历却没有一封推荐信,不仅你的LinkedIn帐号没法完整,还会给潜在雇主一种你不能胜任工作或者你根本不优秀的错觉。 第三,写让人能记住的Title。 在写Title的时候可以加上你的特点,兴趣或者专长。不要简单地陈述。比如说如果你是一个顾问,不要只写上consult,要Be Specific。写上你是一个怎样的,什么方向的或者对什么行业或者职位有经验的顾问。 第四,及时地更新你的资料,确保你的活跃程度。 第五,善用LinkedIn的各种groups。 LinkedIn上有各种各样的行业groups。有的是公司发起的,有的是个人发起的。有的是公开的,有的是需要通过验证的。你可以通过打入关键字的方式在LinkedIn的搜索引擎中寻找你感兴趣的小组。加入这些小组是有很多好处的。 1、 可以跟相关行业的人士平等讨论; 2、 通过讨论可以知道现在你感兴趣的行业中热门的话题。这点在你真正面试的时候很有帮助; 3、 有的组员会在小组里发布最新的公司招聘信息; 4、 一旦你加入了这个小组,你一般情况下可以自如地跟任何小组成员联系。即使这些成员不是你的直接联系人,你也可以直接跟他们说上话了; 5、 积极地加入LinkedIn上的公开小组。比如说TopLinked等。加入这些小组可以让你的联系人增长。根据人与人之间的“六度分隔原理”,你认识的人多了,认识你想认识的人的机会也就多了。 第六,善用People搜索方式来找到你想要进入行业的带头人。 在LinkedIn页面的最上方有不同的选项。最右边的搜索选项可以选择people,groups等。找到这些行业带头人后,不要着急跟他们说话。要详细了解他们所在的行业和个人资料。了解以后可以给他们发站内邮件。 最后,还是在最上面的一行可以选择answers。 这个选项可以显示出你对行业有多了解。你可以用输入关键字的方式看到人们对这个行业提出的问题。你可以对你所了解的问题做出回答。提问的人会对参与者提供的答案评分。你的答案分数高了,就会自动成为行业的专家或者一件领袖。这对你能进入该行业工作也会起到很重要的作用。[收起]
