怎么样更快的让自己在短时间内做出业绩?

来这个新公司已经两个月了,只出了一个小小的样品单。初进来玩具行业,也不知道好不好做。但是感觉到压力了。 工厂也参加了上个月的广交会,但是效果很一般。也有做阿里平台,但是可能没怎么去做排名,效果差的很。 老板不懂英语,经理又不怎么管,虽然说自己也有一定的外贸经验,但总感觉心有余而力不足,想请教各位大神怎么样更快的让自己在短时间内做出业绩?[收起]

1).过道打招呼 ?S:Good Morning/afternoon, Madam/Sir. ?S: This is cod forging MR16 with UL, it’s new technology/ new generation, do you like to check it?…….. 不知道客户市场的情况下, 建议多提一些比较重要的认证 如果客户停下来询问,说明客户很感兴趣,建议尽快邀请客户去展位参观 ?C: Yes ?S: Our booth is just over there/ nearby, may I company you to our booth? ?So we can show you more features.(this way, please) 2).展会中定位客户的问题 1. Where are you from? Where's your main market? 2. How many pieces do you need per order? How many pieces do you need per year, just for idea? 3. (Can you say if )you a retailer or wholesaler? Distributor or trading company? 4. 开始1S: I think you have several suppliers, and nice relationship with them? Service is our highlight too. 2S: Can you say if you buy 888 from Shenzhen? C: yes S: You have right choice, Shenzhen means… C: No, zhongshan S: yes, Zhongshan is another choice, make invitation… 3)怎么邀请客户看厂? How long will you stay in China? Do you have time to visit our factory? C: The trip is too …? S: yes, trip is always busy, tired, special a lot factory tour.
