近年来我国出口非洲的各种类型商品日渐增多，也正是因为此种原因，越来越多的外贸企业开始关注非洲市场，特别是技术含量不高的日用品，销往非洲市场的数额巨大。有一些外贸企业前期阶段并没有接触过非洲市场，都是和欧美国家合作，因此对于清关流程手续的理解也仅仅是面向于欧美市场，对于和非洲国家进行相应贸易往来过程中清关手续问题了解得并不透彻，因此在这方面出现问题的概率是较高的，所以说如果和非洲企业进行业务往来，对于这一类型的问题一定要做好关注。

从如上介绍可以看到在针对于非洲市场进行认证时，还是比较繁琐的，涉及到清关手续中的认证问题，如果在对非洲国家展开贸易时没有做好关注，后期阶段产品的交易达成可能性会降低。由于非洲地区较为混乱，因此在贸易往来过程中，非洲地区经常出现问题，所以一定要通过认证。对于这一类型的国家出口产品需要在出口国的本国大使馆进行相关认证，其内容包括发票以及产品出口国家所签订的认证，这一类型的认证必须有大使馆的印章，具体操作中对于这些细节问题一定不能疏忽。

进口清关流程工作之中，提单以及发票和装箱单、合同等等都不会有任何问题，而在认证方面目前尚有一定的偏差，等待大使馆完成盖章需在4月15日左右，因此在短期时间之内，贵方和我方达成运输协议之后，我方可将贵方所购入的这批产品提前安排生产日程之中。
从如上介绍中可以看到，该外贸企业和非洲用户商谈过程之中，几乎没有出现明显的偏差，只是在清关流程时遇到了小问题，这方面的问题办理会需要一定的时间，不过总体来说并不会耽误双方的业务往来，可以看到在信函中提到了这样一点“At present, there are still some deviations in the certification.
