涉外贸易往来中结算方式较多，根据交易金额不通过，以及交易模式不同，多数涉外商贸往来企业所选择的支付方式以及收款方式都是具有显著差异的。有一部分涉外贸易公司在结算中主要是以da为主，那么结汇方式中的da是什么意思呢?
结汇中所出现的da所说的是承兑交单，这种结算方式在易趣这样的跨国商贸平台中出现的概率最高，在其他一些相对价格较低的产品交易中这种结汇方式也很常见，例如以零售为主的跨国贸易机构在p2p平台上销售产品，这一类型产品销售的外贸企业最为关注的结算模式就是da，销售方企业往往是针对终端产品用户展开产品销售，da结算方式更为简单。

从如上案例中可以看到，这种付款方式要比其他一些付款方式更加便利，对于买方企业而言，在这样的交易过程中，所花费的中间环节处理时间更少，因此多数的终端消费者都喜欢采用这种付款模式，企业运营中必须要考虑到开源节流问题，而这存在于外贸企业工作的各个环节中，能够做到这一点是企业可以长期发展的关键所在，外贸企业对于这方面问题的重视程度要远高于其他行领域企业。

为何该公司在交易中并不同意对方采用da结算，而选择了信用证结算?原因就在于大宗交易里信用证结算方式要远比其他类型结算方式安全，例如付款交单或者是凭信托收据这样的形式，产品购入方用户在没付款的状态之下，依然可以通过获得货运单据在港口将产品运出，如果到期后买方不支付款项，那么外贸出口企业则会面临极为尴尬的境地，而使用信用证这不会遇到这一类别的问题
