业务范围:The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is that the high frequency mechanical vibration yielded from high frequency electronic oscillating signal produced by the generator through energy transducer, and the high frequency mechanical vibration transmitted into the cleaning liquid, so as to actuate high efficient cleaning to objects in the liquid.
The equipment of Model LSAP-E10/1000 Ultrasonic Cleaner is composed of two parts: intelligent ultrasonic generator (ultrasonic power) and ultrasonic vibration box (energy exchanger). The ultrasonic generator turns working frequency electric energy into 28KHz high frequency electronic signal and transmits to energy transducer through HF cable, and when the transducer inner vibration box is exerted with high frequency voltage, it will produce gigantic ultrasonic vibration that will spread very quickly in liquid and act to both in and out walls of ampule bottle at a frequency of about more than 200000 times per second and hence to peel off micro-meter grade dirts to achieve the target of cleaning.

7. characteristics
7.1 To carryout connection with PLC, and characterized with features of realtime power signal output and frequency signal output, apparent with ultrasonic working status.
7.2 Implement the switch function between manual and automatic status, i.e., applicable to connect with PLC under automatic status for fully PLC control, and when at manual status, it is applicable to perform manual control alone.
