求救 都快被银行弄疯了

13年12月份 客户打订金到我们帐上,但是因为公司名字比较长,于是客户省了一个单词。
然后这笔款就挂帐了。
叫客户去改单子,客户固执地不去,说银行离家很远,款是网上转的,there is nothing to do with the bank.
说他了几十年生意 从来都这样付款的,也没见这种情况。
77岁的老人家了,说不通啊。。。。。。。
然后我们这边申请退款, 但是超过15个工作日了 款还是没打回客户帐上去。
我让客户打电话给他们银行,他死活不打,只是在网上查自己的帐。。。。。。他说他们每笔进帐都会有邮件的。
强调了很多遍 终于愿意打电话查了,结果是中国这边的平安银行退款时没写上客户的公司名 SWIFT 号等 一系列的信息,所以钱又挂在英国银行了。。。。。。。。真心的欲哭无泪啊。。。。。。
我打电话给平安银行广州分行 工作人员说:他们退款的时候是不需要填任何信息的,也没有空格可填。他们能的就只有打款原路打回。。。。。
银行之间互相踢足球。。。。我 真的不知道我还能干嘛。。。。。
接下来客户非要我们这边银行负责这笔款的工作人员的号码,于是给了广州分行的号码给他。。。。。。
以下是他的邮件:
Thank you for the phone number, but to get to the right person we need the name of the man who is making this problem, but to explain to you just how crazy your bank's attitude is consider if you asked us for a deposit or payment for an order, and we said to you, we had sent the money, and you then said that you had not received it, and then we said, "Well ask your bank where the money is"! Because that is what they are saying..
This whole thing looks like theft of the money by your bank. Call your Financial Police is my suggestion to you, or at least tell them that you will call the Police unless they turn over the money to you as they should he done in the first place, or return it to us so that we can re-submit it via Hong Kong.
I he spent hours on this now and really am very, very upset to he to waste my time in this annoying manner.
