客户的回复 不知如何回答比较好

rt 客人计划下的订单是36件产品 现在客人要求寄样品给他 但是客人他坚持用visa付款。我们公司只支持tt和西联。本人菜鸟嘴拙不知道在电话中该怎么跟客人解释，忘各位高手指点一二 小菜鸟不胜感激。下面是客人之前给我的回复： dear **, i would like to get 1 of these items to see if it will work for us.??then i would order 35 more it everything fits.??i am flexible on payment however i think for payment of the 36 units both you and i will he to figure out how to transfer payment.??i want to pay with visa on the test unit as it is quick.??i am getting worried about time now .??i he been trying to acess these items for weeks.??perhaps we could talk on the phone my cell number is listed.??i must move forward.??thanks for your help
