不經不覺SOHO已經差不多半年,也勉強在這行站住了,可以有機會再繼續為自己的事業奮戰。 不夠確實世事也不可能一帆風順,今天,到了客戶的一個投訴,反映貨物質量不行。請問大家遇到這個情況會怎樣處理呢。問題確實在我方,另外供應商的質量基本上也無法改進。 一個選擇是,放棄這個客戶,另外一個選擇就是虧本再找新的供應商再一批貨,或者賠錢給客戶。 如果是你的話,大家會如何選擇呢?[收起]

大家好,我有个波兰客人,要求改小上面的单价,这样在他本国就可以减少关税,我们可以帮他改小金额吗,对方会不会有影响? (ps:我同事说不行,说是怕海关查我们公司,我们的单价是32美金,客户要求改成5美金。我再想我们可不可以两套,我们自己报关用单价32美金的,给客户的是单价是5美金的,这样子对我们应该没有影响的吧)[收起]
