这个是我一手培养起来的客人,后来交到业务员手上跟单,没想到给的半死不活,由于业务员沟通的原因也有工厂货出现的各项原因,年后始客人的邮件越来越少,到现在已经不给我们发邮件了,更别说什么询价。
我一直是有不定时的问候和发产品图片给他们,前几天由于客人前段时间的验厂问题,给他们发了邮件并且提了下接下去合作的问题。后来就到这样的邮件...怎么怎么怎么啊~~~
大家给出出主意呢!
客人邮件内容如下:
Vicky,
Sorry for the late reply, but we actually just got back from an extended??Asia trip.(他们之前每年都来我们工厂的,这次没来:') )
Appreciate your follow up on behalf of your company.??We are glad t your company is making changes to improve communication. We would like to keep the door open, but it is entirely up to you, if you want to undertake inspections from ITS or any other customer required audits. We will not ask you to do any, until we resume business, in the future.
For this moment in time we will not be placing any orders in near future,
We will consider your factory and will visit your factory, again on our next trip (it will not be for a while)
Also if you wish to send us any new samples you are doing, that is up to you.
For right now we will not be placing any orders for Kohl’s or anyone else, BUT that is not to say that down the road we will resume business, in the future.
