提单抬头和清关不同

我有一票出口的尼泊尔克托努港的提单,由于货代的原因,shipper 抬头不是公司的抬头,而是其他公司的抬头。 清关箱单上是正确的抬头。 当时没有发现提单上的错误,把整套清关资料寄给国外了。 提单是海单~~~ 请问客户能正常清关吗?和提单上的抬头不同。[收起]

到两家工厂的样品,如何拒绝不满意的一家

唉,本人也是心善,最始打样的工厂不给我货了,担心要求高,验货严,赔的还抵不上赚的。这不订单下来了,重新找了2家新工厂打样,样品都还过得去,对比下价格,当然选价格低的一家了,但是另外一家怎么拒绝呢,以后也可能会有合作的啊[收起]
