外贸业务激活沉默客户的本周话术
客户明明发了询盘,却从来不回复,不说话的客户最让我们手足无措,但是又不能直接放弃。
所以我经常对这类客户发出统一模板话术,直接复制粘贴或者转发给不同客户,省时省力 还可以得到回复
以下是本周新用话术,至少有40%的客户回复,一句话了解了客户是否有需求以及客户是做什么的。
