有一瑞士客户没配件,我们是从西部采购的。当时报价是EX-WORKS。客户上周付钱了,他们的指定货代我了,让我把货从四川运到上海港,运费他们会打给我们。我询了下价基本是USD110.今天客户发邮件过来了:
i didn't pay attention so good, but all the prices i got from china is always FOB,
and your price is EX-WORKS
aperantly, the cost of the delivery from your factory to the port will cost to me more then 400$
and its not reasonable price.
i he to tell you, now i chake all the offer i got from ether company like yours, all allmost the same price, but only your offer is EX-WORKS.
i cant add 400$ more.
please let my know if you he any idea, otherwise, i will he to cancel our order...
她现在说她当初没注意看条款以为是FOB,现在突然多出USD400多的费用(我们的运费是USD110,估计是他们的货代从中谋太多利润了)。
