首先你这个做的是即期信用证，那么应该是客户那边先付款之后才能拿到正本单据去做清关提货处理，那么你这个客户都还没有付款就已经拿到了正本提单去进行提货，那么你这个是很有可能遇上了骗子客户，和银行那边进行勾结拿到了单据去清关。那么你这个要拿回货款应该是比较难的，你这个很复杂，对面还涉及到两个银行。其实一般是应该只涉及到两个银行，就是你们这边一个对方一个，所以你这个是比较麻烦的，你只能多催促客户那边，看能不能催回款了。[收起]

客户说价格贵，可能就是随口一说吧，我觉得你要问问客户除了价格之外，还有那些需求，你要挖掘一下除了价格之外的信息了，如果客户还是不告诉你的话，只是一味的和你说价格的问题，八成这个客户可能就是比价，或者就是选备胎的。他不会告诉你更多的信息的，所以你要尽量去哇，如果不告诉你任何信息的话，你就问客户采购需求采购量是多少，不然你这边也不好报价，因为不同的量给的价格肯定是不一样的，就是要用方法策略，然后保持一周一封邮件的联系吧。[收起]
