客人的客人又反馈说产品坏了!

妹纸是LED灯箱的,有个熟客长期跟我们订一些灯箱用来国外医院的视觉治疗的(即我们的灯箱+我客人的摄影作品)就给客人那边的医院。 昨天,我客人到他的医院客人的来信反馈,说我们的灯箱出线了些问题。估计是LED 灯出现了什么问题而影响了正常使用。以下是信件的一部分,可以请大侠们看看是什么问题吗? artifacts 这单词不是很懂在里面是怎么理解的?? HIXXX??,there is a problem with the products that was sent to Miss Mary at ADS Health center. You sent a new plug to her as the original was cracked in shipment. They are hing problems with artifacts in the MRI scans that necessitate turning off the LEDs when scanning a patient. Could you please contact Miss Mary and offer her some solutions or where to begin to find where the spark is occuring to create the artifacts. My sense, and theirs, too, is that one or more of the LED lamps has a loose wire and is sparking or arcing; in any event Miss Mary needs to speak to a technical person at your factory to try and determine where the products is malfunctioning. 请各位多多指教!!![收起]
