怎样面对寄版后,客户一直不回邮件
我是服装的,本来这个款式客人一始是说下单,每色1500件,共2个颜色。但是样板有些改动,改成无袖还有一个小细节,需重新版给客户确认。
重新了一件,寄给客户后,客户一直没回应。我要客人发更详细的订单细节给我,类似每个码多少件,什么颜色等。客人都不回复。以前这个客户回邮件速度很快的。所以,我感觉应该是哪里出了问题。
以下是我的一些邮件,希望能对各位以后碰到同样的事情有帮助。我的语法不好,各位请不要吐槽呀,呵呵

Hi i am sorry, we are really busy, and we he been moving warehouse. We are not going to do the velvet dresses, we think by the time we he them it will be to late in the year, i will be in touch soon. kind regards
也不知道是真是假,是客人的委婉拒绝还是啥。 但是客户还是回复邮件了。最后一封的邮件客户为什么这么快会回复。我觉得1.向客人明确提出希望客户反馈信息。2.是不是价钱,质量,或是陈本问题,请他提出来。 3.把老板拿出来说事,说我也只是一个打工的,老板天天追问我进展怎么样。我不知道怎么答复。[收起]
