外贸业务往来过程之中,外贸企业收到进仓单后基本也就意味着这笔业务已经达成,但在实际外贸业务往来过程中,有部分企业会遇到这样的情况,那就是用户已然将进仓单发出,外贸企业也接到了进仓单,但计划生产出现了问题,这种状态之下如何解决呢?
有些外贸企业用户觉得这种情况发生的概率不会太高,但在实际运营过程中,几乎每个外贸企业都遇到过这种情况,例如曾有一家生产大型电机设备的企业,此前阶段进行订单确认时是没有任何问题的,接到进仓单前一个星期时间该企业的设备出现故障,导致生产效率降低,原本计划能够按时送到海外的200台电机产品,无法完成生产,企业没有想出对应决策时,已经收到了用户的进仓单,这家企业选择了如下的解决方式。

虽然已经收到了贵方所送来的进仓单,但在发货时间方面将要延迟,对于这一问题我公司将承担所有责任,为了能够有效规避因这种问题所导致的后期连锁性负面影响,我公司已及时抽调其他一些渠道的电机产品共计85台,因此在规定时间7月14日之前,我公司会将这85台电机产品首先发送给贵公司,此前商议中产品运输过程中运输费用及相关保险由贵公司承担,但由于在此次产品交易中我公司出现了问题,所以在产品运输中本次所销售的85台产品,运输费用、装船费用、港口费用以及海输和保险费用都由我公司承担,产品会发送到贵公司此前所指定的港口,在8月13日之前我公司会完成剩余产品的运输,如果不耽误贵公司的产品销售计划,供货将按此模式展开,如贵公司有其他需求,可在回函之中说明,我公司会针对性解决问题。
可见如上这种解决方式是非常妥当的,这家公司也能够做到当机立断,由于设备出现问题,无法在船期之前完成工作,因此没有选择拖沓做法,或者是隐瞒客户的形式来解决问题,而是以最直接了当的方式告诉对方,无法在规定时间内将全部产品完成生产并运输到对方企业所指定的港口,提出的对应举措是,“However, due to the obvious problems in this product transaction, 85 products sold in this product transportation are recorded, the cost of shipping, port and marine transportation and insurance costs are all borne by our company. 由于这家外贸企业勇于承担责任,并且承担相应的风险,用户方企业接受了这样的解决措施。接到进仓单之后无法完成产品生产,或者是因为其他的原因无法发货,应该第一时间和客户企业进行沟通,在沟通无误差状态之下,后期阶段依然可以完成贸易往来,但需要注意在这一过程之中和用户进行解释说明时,不仅要将问题说明,更需要关注到自身要承担这一系列问题所带来的负面影响,例如资金损失等等,这样才能够让用户帮企业满意。
