客户寄了2000本说明书过来,不知道为什么用了木质托盘,使用未经过热的木质托盘,现在商检不能通过。需要国外英文道歉信(解释为何把没有经过热的货物发出到中国,以及以后不再发生此类事宜的语句) 另外,我们这边还要中文的道歉信。 请问哪位大侠可以帮我写一封英文邮件和国外说明一下这个事情。
