Increased fuel and labour costs; and Any other possible risks foreseen or unforeseen The above risks must be built into the pricing structure for the delivery of the project and must not be seen as an add-on at a later stage of the project. 6.3 A detailed breakdown of costs per unit for the canvas backpack, all inclusive of costs with a fixed ceiling price thereof for canvas backpack and delivery to appointed logistics and distribution hub. The ceiling price must include all expenses and is inclusive of risks for the project. The ceiling price must be inclusive of any current or future increases in material, fuel and labour costs and risks identified. 6.4 Bidders must indicate a minimum of three relevant recent references for whom, when and how many canvas backpacks they supplied, inclusive of contact details of relevant clients. The bidders must also include “Letters of Recommendation” from these clients. Bidders must provide the information in the following format: REFERENCE PROJECT 1 Client Name Name of Contact Person Contact Details Project Name and Brief Description Project Start and End Dates Project Value 6.5 The bidders to be Service Provider(s) must also indicate how long they he been in the business for the supply of the required documents. 6.6 Bidders must submit a sample of the canvas backpacks that will be supplied for this contract.
