一个客户与我们合作也很多年了,是以前老业务留下来的,他走了之后就让我负责。这个客户订单量还不错,所以我一直很在意,但是尽管我如何努力,可他老是一副高高在上的姿态,本来商和客户就是不平等的关系,但是经常被他压制着真的挺难受的,其实有些事情不能换种口吻说吗?就像这次谈模具费的事情,我就把经理核算的模具费发给他,他一上来就说你疯了吗?其实模具费高也是可以商量的,但是真是讨厌他这样的口吻。
